January has such a beautiful energy of new beginning! What a joy!
This is a great time to be honest, to get real and concrete. It’s a great time to concentrate in the things that we truly love, that we are truly enthusiastic about. This is the time to act upon the promises made to ourselves.
A real challenge we all have to do so is our childhood education (and constant reinforcement) to please. We have learn to be kind, don’t rock the boat, repeat what the establishment wants us to say.. We have learned to be nice, good… compliant; with the promise of success and happiness.
Deep in our heart we know this is not true, BUT we keep pleasing and expecting our outcomes to change. Why is it so important to get out of this cycle and how to do so?
