In this festive season is almost impossible not to think about how we would like to improve our life in the coming year.

  1. Hello Blanca, I love this video of you, and I recognize it so much!!! Exactly that part what does the outside world of me (or to keep it to myself, what do I think what the outside world wants of me, because also that is only a reflection) and what do I want. Is it coming from the inside or is it coming from the outside. An insight I received lately was “turn it around”, I can applic it in many fields, this is one of them, of what do I want, instead of “goals”, I prefer to talk about “what do I want” and I want it from the inside than taking action goes without any effort, and if it comes from outside it takes some much energy. Looking forward to the hand out
