Do you want to be more productive? Do you want to feel more fulfilled? Forget about Time Management.
Time management is based on the idea that time is a finite resource. We have just 24 hours a day, every day. "This is all what we have and we have to deal with it", says Time Management.
BUT
What if time could be expanded?
Einstein in fact proved it. We can expand time. Have you noticed how time expands when you are enjoying what you are doing? It expands when you are where you are.
We can indeed expand time.
I have noticed that since I'm a mother time has a different meaning to me. Today my children are 4 years 2 months and 20 days old, and 2 years and 3 months old: just today. Tomorrow they won't be that age any more. If I don't pay attention, if I'm not present, I would miss the whole point.
It's easy to see it with children, but this applies to every single experience in life. What is happening right now will never ever repeat again.
When we look at life that way, time expands. When we pay attention to each and every sun set, to each and every blooming flower, to each and every movement of your hand, time expands. Life expands.
Time management doesn't cut it anymore. It could make your more efficient, but certainly not happier. If you are not just satisfied with achievement, but want to also enjoy the journey; you have to learn to expand time.
