I used to be right there where you are.

I started following the traditional path of achievement. I collected many letters behind my name: MSc, the International MBA of the Rotterdam School of Management and the Coaching Certificate of the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara CA. I got various academic awards. I learned my languages (English, Spanish and Dutch). I traveled the world, climbing the corporate ladder. My expertise focused in the area of change and innovation management.

My large corporation background participating in global change and innovation projects prepared me well to teach people how to concentrate their change efforts in what they genuinely believe, thus assuring Maximum Value creation.

What it also did was to help me to `get over` all the business as usual leadership style many business leaders are still so enamored with. You see, I´ve seen how many business leaders lose their edge while trying to fit in - while trying to comply. They get so engaged into the politics of the corporation, the expectations of their schizophrenic organizations and much more nonsense; that they forget what they really stand for. They forget to be authentic. They can longer generate value for their corporation, nor for themselves.

Besides seeing it happen in other´s, I had my own losing the edge experience. Holding the highest position any woman had in my company, enjoying a fat pay check and more perks (car, power, status...) one good day I woke up and realized that I had lost my edge. I had become an invisible and expendable leader. My mantra was `Thanks God it´s Friday.` I had ache and pains. I had a lousy love life, with a partner who didn't appreciate me. I was living the shadow of the life I was meant to have.

But isn't that what you're supposed to do? Work? Fight? Go up stream? How could I be losing the battle?

The short answer is NO!

As soon as I had this realization, my life brought me through my own spiritual journey to find my own life purpose.

It took me solitude, time and pain to connect with my life purpose. I now know that my purpose is "to heal the fear of the builders of the Imminent Heart Centered Economy". I realized that somehow I have been always (even if sometimes unconsciously) fulfilling it. At that point I felt the urge to own it and take it to the next level. So I began a business to support change agents who want to use their passion to transform the world, and don´t know yet how!

My independent activities have allowed me to positive transform the life and business of countless professionals: lawyers, consultants, business owners, bankers... who are now purposefully and actively building the Imminent Heart Centered Economy!

Today, I have job I love, I have evidence of the impact my customers are already making in the world and in their lives, I have the best private/love life, a tremendously high energy level and great health.

This business is my Mission!

Now you understand why I am so passionate about helping You to stand for excellence and getting you to the point where you generate the change you want to see in the World. I also want to ease your process. The teaching power of fear is highly overrated! Your pain and fear don´t need to drag you down forever. You can live a joyful and harmonious life TODAY.
